This policy does not cover third-party websites linked from our site. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Order details: billing/shipping address, items purchased, order notes.

When you pay, certain information is shared with the payment provider and, where applicable, with your bank/issuer to complete the transaction (including EMI processing). This may include:

instrument details handled directly on the payment page (card/UPI/bank flows),
risk checks and fraud prevention signals.

Card/UPI data

We do not store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN on our servers. Payment details are captured and processed by the payment provider on secure systems.

EMI specific note

If you choose EMI, your bank/issuer or its lending partner may evaluate eligibility and may apply its own terms. We may receive limited information like approval/decline status and transaction identifiers needed to fulfil your order.

Important: For EMI and Pay Later methods, refunds and reversals may follow bank/issuer timelines and may not be instant.

5) Sharing & disclosures

Payment processors (for example, Razorpay) and banks/issuers to complete transactions.
