Topgearauto.in follows a No Return Policy for products once delivered. Eligible helmets may qualify for a size exchange. If you’re unsure about compatibility, contact us before placing your order—we’ll be happy to help you choose the correct part.
At Top Gear Auto, we strive to provide genuine motorcycle parts and accessories with accurate product information and reliable customer support. Please read our Cancellation, Refund & Helmet Size Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy.
By placing an order on topgearauto.in, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before they have been packed or dispatched from our warehouse. However, orders containing Custom Order / Pre-Order products cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, as these items are arranged exclusively on demand.
Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method after deducting payment gateway / transaction processing charges, if any.
After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
If an order is refused at the time of delivery, or returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts caused by the customer, the order shall be treated as a cancellation after dispatch.
Where a refund is approved, the following charges may be deducted from the refund amount:
- Original shipping charges
- Return shipping charges
- Packaging & handling charges
- Payment gateway / transaction processing charges
- Platform fee (if applicable)
2. No Return Policy
Top Gear Auto does not accept returns on products once they have been delivered, except where required under applicable law or where an error has occurred on our part, such as:
- Wrong product supplied
- Manufacturer-approved warranty claims where applicable
Please ensure that you verify product compatibility before placing your order.
- If the return is due to an error by Topgearauto.in (such as an incorrect product supplied), Topgearauto.in will bear the applicable shipping charges and no deduction will be made from the eligible refund.
- For any other reasons, the following charges shall be deducted from the eligible refund amount, wherever applicable:
- Original shipping charges borne by Top Gear Auto (including FREE Economy Shipping orders)
- Return shipping charges
- Packaging & handling charges
- Payment gateway / transaction processing charges
- Platform fees (if applicable)

3. Helmet Size Exchange Policy
Helmet size exchange is available only on eligible helmet purchases and is subject to stock availability.
To qualify for a size exchange:
- Exchange request must be raised within 03 days of receiving the product.
- Helmet must be unused and in brand-new condition.
- Original tags, visor film, packaging, manuals and accessories must be intact.
- Helmet must not show scratches, odours, marks or signs of use.
- A continuous, uncut 360° unboxing video may be required for verification.
- The complete helmet will not be replaced, only the size inner paddings will be changed, subject to approval.
Customers are responsible for both forward and return shipping charges unless the exchange is due to an error by Topgearauto.in
Helmet size exchanges are subject to inspection and approval after the returned helmet is received.
4. FREE Economy Shipping
FREE Economy Shipping is offered by Topgearauto.in as a promotional customer benefit on selected products.
Although no shipping charge is collected from the customer for eligible products, the actual shipping cost is borne by Topgearauto.in
Where a refund, approved helmet size exchange, cancellation after dispatch or refused delivery is applicable, the following charges shall be non-refundable and may be deducted from the eligible refund amount:
- Original shipping charges borne by Top Gear Auto (including FREE Economy Shipping orders)
- Return shipping charges (where applicable)
- Packaging & handling charges
- Payment gateway / transaction processing charges
- Platform fee (if applicable)
FREE Economy Shipping applies only to the shipping charge payable by the customer and does not imply that shipping has been provided free of cost by the courier partner.
5. Warranty Claims
Many products sold by Top Gear Auto are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty claims are governed solely by the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
Warranty approval, repair, replacement or rejection shall remain at the sole discretion of the respective manufacturer.
6. Refunds (Where Applicable)
Refunds are processed only where applicable under this policy.
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will be made only to the original payment method used while placing the order.
7. Non-Refundable Charges
Where applicable, the following charges are non-refundable:
- Shipping charges borne by Topgearauto.in (including FREE Economy Shipping orders)
- Return shipping charges
- Packaging & handling charges
- Payment gateway / transaction processing charges
- Platform fees
8. Product Compatibility
Motorcycles often have multiple variants, model years and regional specifications.
Customers are requested to verify compatibility before placing an order.

9. Transit Damage, Missing Items & Incorrect Product Claims
At Topgearauto, every order is carefully inspected, verified and securely packed before dispatch.
If you receive a parcel that appears damaged, tampered with, contains missing items, or an incorrect product, you must:
- Record a continuous, uncut 360° unboxing video from the time of accepting/opening the package, clearly showing the sealed parcel, shipping label, all sides of the package, the complete unboxing process, and the product(s) inside.
- Ensure the video is recorded at the time of delivery without any pauses, edits or interruptions.
- Report the issue to Topgearauto.in within 24 hours of delivery by sharing the uncut video along with your order details.
Claims for transit damage, missing items, incorrect products or shortages without an uncut unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery may not be accepted, as we are unable to verify such claims.
Where a claim is verified and approved as a packing, dispatch or transit issue attributable to Top Gear Auto or our courier partner, Top Gear Auto will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the nature of the claim, this may include a replacement, repair, refund, or any other suitable remedy.
