Return & Refund Policy

At Top Gear Automotives, we do not accept returns. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy.

Please note:

  • Gateway / processing fees are non-refundable.
    Razorpay does not reverse the transaction fee and GST charged at the time of payment capture.

  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method (card, UPI, wallet, etc.) within 5–10 working days.

  • Net refund amount = Order value – Razorpay transaction fee (including GST).


Exchange Assistance Policy

We offer exchange assistance only in cases of manufacturing defects, subject to manufacturer approval.

Eligibility & Conditions:

  • Exchanges are applicable only after defect confirmation by the manufacturer.

  • Customers are required to bear courier / logistics charges, if applicable.

  • Exchange assistance is provided strictly as per approval outcome.


Mandatory Exchange Verification Requirement

To process an exchange request, an uncut 360-degree video is mandatory. The video must clearly show:

  • The unopened / sealed package from all sides

  • Intact and unaltered packaging, including the shipping label

  • The complete unboxing process

This helps us verify and review the item’s condition and ensures a smooth and fair review process for all riders.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are accepted only before order processing.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Orders containing On Order / Pre-Order products cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, as these items are arranged exclusively on demand.

While Top Gear Automotives strives to provide accurate product, service, and pricing information, errors may occur. In the event of incorrect pricing or product information:

  • We reserve the right to contact you for instructions or cancel the order.

  • If payment has already been processed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
