Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, understanding their riding needs.
  • Recommend suitable parts and riding gear.

  • Maintain clean and organized store displays.
  • Manage inventory checks and replenishment.
  • Support store events, rides, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of retail sales experience.
  • Strong passion for motorcycling.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts.
  • Basic computer skills for billing/inventory.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Store / Operations Manager to lead our retail and workshop operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of motorcycle products and services, and the ability to drive sales, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day store and workshop operations.

  • Manage Retail Executives, Mechanics, and support staff.

  • Drive sales targets and improve store performance.

  • Monitor inventory, procurement, and stock accuracy.

  • Ensure excellent customer service and smooth store experience.

  • Plan and execute promotional events, service camps, and ride programs.

  • Handle customer escalations and resolve issues professionally.

  • Maintain reports on sales, service, and operational performance.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, billing, and company SOPs.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in retail or operations (preferably automobile/motorcycle industry).

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Good knowledge of bike parts, accessories, and services.

  • Good communication and customer handling ability.

  • Experience in inventory management and vendor coordination.

  • Basic to intermediate computer skills (billing software, Excel, POS systems).

  • Ability to work on weekends and handle flexible schedules.

We are looking for skilled and dedicated Motorcycle Mechanics to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of motorcycles and a passion for delivering high-quality service to riders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in motorcycles.

  • Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and safety checks.

  • Install bike parts and accessories (performance parts, braking systems, suspension, lights, etc.).

  • Test ride motorcycles to ensure proper performance after repairs.

  • Maintain proper service records and job cards.

  • Ensure workshop tools and equipment are used and maintained safely.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop area.

  • Assist customers by explaining issues and suggesting repair solutions.

  • Support during bike service camps, ride events, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience as a motorcycle mechanic.

  • Strong knowledge of bike parts and motorcycle systems.

  • Passion for motorcycles and performance riding.

  • Ability to diagnose problems and work efficiently under pressure.

  • Good communication skills for customer interaction.
