SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Typically, it takes around 4-7 working days for all domestic orders to get delivered. We personally deliver to nearby addresses around our warehouse—quick, reliable, and with care

We do not offer a return or exchange policy for its products. Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, except for warranty claims.
We work with 3rd party courier partners. In very rare cases, due to logistical, operational, or force majeure complications, the delivery may be delayed. Please note that we do not have any control over a delay in delivery by the 3rd party courier partner. However, we will do our best to escalate the delay with the 3rd party courier partner and expedite a resolution.
In the event that your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or the merchant, or the area is not covered, we would request you provide us with an alternate shipping address, which we expect to have on our partner/merchant’s delivery list. In case there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the product or services for the area not covered , in such cases, we will not be responsible for the non-delivery of the product.
In case you book multiple orders for the products and services in one transaction, we would endeavour to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible due to some product characteristics and logistics issues. If you purchase multiple products in a single transaction, then all the Products would be dispatched to a single shipping address given by you. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, then you should book the orders separately based on the delivery addresses.
Shipping costs and payment processing fees will be deducted from the invoiced value upon refund if the customer has not answered phone calls from our team members or logistic partners during delivery process.
Cash on Delivery is not available.
On Order/ Back Order/ Pre-Order
Products featuring in On Order/ Back Order/ Pre-Order categories will be subject to availability from the Supply Chain. It will be dispatched in a maximum of 14 days. Delivery usually takes 2-5 days, after dispatch, with the exception of remote places which might take 6-10 days. Orders containing products from On Order/ Pre-Order Categories cannot be cancelled under any circumstances as these are arranged/ordered exclusively on demand.
