This is a paid parts-sourcing service. Your sourcing fee is non-refundable if you do not proceed with the purchase, but the full applicable fee is adjusted against your final product order when you purchase the sourced part(s).

Important

The applicable fee covers the parts sourcing and identification work, not the cost of the motorcycle parts themselves.

If you proceed with the purchase, 100% of your applicable sourcing fee is adjusted against your final product order.

If you decide not to purchase, or the requested part cannot ultimately be sourced, the sourcing fee remains non-refundable because the research and sourcing service has already been performed.

⚠️ Important Notes:

1. Custom orders cannot be cancelled. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

2. Some parts are difficult to source due to low supply/hight demand and/or brand policies or operational restrictions. Certain brands require installation at authorized centers before selling, which may mean we have to procure the part at product cost + installation charges + transportation fees. This can increase the final cost beyond the original estimate.

3. Custom orders may require extra time compared to regular orders due to sourcing or supplier constraints

2. Submit your part requirements

Provide your motorcycle details and tell us which parts you need. You can provide the part name, part number, registration details, photos or existing part information wherever available.

3. We research the requirement

Our team checks part details, compatibility and available sourcing options through our experience and supplier network.

4. We confirm the sourcing result

We’ll provide the available information, including the identified part, applicable price and approximate sourcing/delivery details where available.

5. Decide whether to order

If you proceed with the purchase, your full sourcing fee is adjusted against the final product order value.

Please note: The sourcing fee is payment for the research and sourcing service and is therefore non-refundable if you decide not to purchase.

What Information Should You Provide?

The more information you provide, the more accurately we can identify the required part.

Please provide as much of the following as possible:

• Motorcycle / scooter make and model
• Model year
• BS / emission version, if known
• Engine capacity
• Part name or description
• OEM / manufacturer part number, if available
• Photo of the required part
• Photo of the motorcycle, where useful
• Any existing part number, catalogue reference or other identifying information

For complex requests, we may contact you for additional information before beginning the sourcing process.

Why Is There a Parts Sourcing Fee?

Finding an uncommon motorcycle spare part is not always as simple as searching a product catalogue.

Some requests require us to:

• Identify the correct part from the motorcycle model, year or BS version
• Cross-check part numbers and compatible variants
• Check supplier catalogues and stock
• Contact suppliers for availability and pricing
• Compare genuine, OEM-grade, imported or aftermarket sourcing options
• Verify whether a replacement part is actually suitable for the motorcycle
• Coordinate special-order or difficult-to-source parts

This work takes time, experience and supplier coordination.

The Parts on Demand fee allows us to provide this service to customers who are seriously looking for a specific part, while avoiding unpaid sourcing work and repeated supplier enquiries.

The fee is fully adjustable against your product purchase if you proceed with the order.

Important: Payment, Cancellation & Shipping Terms

Parts on Demand is a paid parts sourcing and identification service. It is not a product purchase or a refundable booking advance.

The applicable ₹499, ₹999 or ₹2,999 sourcing fee covers the research, part identification, supplier coordination and sourcing work required for your request.

1. Parts Sourcing Fee

The applicable sourcing fee must be paid before we begin the sourcing and identification work.

On proceeding with the purchase:
100% of the applicable sourcing fee is adjusted against the final product order value.

If you do not proceed with the purchase:
The sourcing fee is non-refundable, as it covers the research and sourcing work performed.

If the requested part cannot be sourced:
The sourcing fee remains non-refundable, as the sourcing and identification work may already have been undertaken.

2. Product Price & Order Confirmation

Once the required part has been identified and a suitable sourcing option is available, we will communicate the product price and applicable product details.

If you decide to proceed, the full product cost must be paid before procurement/packing of the order is initiated.

Payment of the product cost confirms your decision to purchase the sourced part.

Once full product payment has been received and procurement/packing has been initiated, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

This is particularly important for specially sourced, imported, discontinued, uncommon or customer-specific parts that may have been procured specifically against your request.

3. Packing & Final Shipping Charge

Shipping is separate from both the sourcing fee and the product price.

Packing and shipping arrangements will be initiated only after the full product cost has been received.

The final shipping charge can only be accurately determined once the product has been properly packed and the final package details — including actual weight, dimensions, volumetric weight and any special handling requirements — are available to the shipper.

Shipping charges may therefore differ from any earlier estimate.

4. Why Shipping May Be High

Some motorcycle parts may be lightweight but large or bulky and may therefore attract freight based on volumetric/dimensional weight.

Fragile, oversized or specially packaged parts may also require additional packaging or handling.

For certain products — including large body panels, fairings, exhaust components and other bulky or fragile parts — shipping may occasionally cost as much as or even more than the product itself.

Customers should consider this possibility before proceeding with the product purchase.

5. Final Shipping Payment & Dispatch

Once the product has been packed and the shipper has provided the applicable freight charge, the final shipping amount will be communicated to the customer.

The shipping amount must be paid in full before the order can be dispatched.

The product will not be handed over to the courier or shipped until the applicable shipping charges have been received in full.

The final freight amount is based on the actual shipment and the applicable carrier charges.

6. Cancellation & Refund Position

Please understand the following payment stages:

Sourcing fee paid → Sourcing work begins → Product identified → Product price confirmed → Full product payment → Procurement/packing initiated → Final shipping calculated → Shipping payment → Dispatch

The Parts on Demand sourcing fee is non-refundable.

Once the customer has approved the sourced product, paid the full product cost and procurement/packing has been initiated, the product order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Once the product has been packed and the final shipping charge has been determined, dispatch will take place only after the shipping charge has been paid in full.

Any applicable statutory or warranty rights, if relevant to a particular product or transaction, will continue to apply separately.

Maximum Request Size

Each sourcing fee covers up to 5 individual part requirements.

A complete assembly, kit, system or unusually complex requirement may be treated as multiple parts depending on the amount of research and sourcing work involved.

Do not purchase a Parts on Demand sourcing tier unless you have read, understood and accepted these terms.
